Responsibilities :

  • Be a hero for our residents and staff, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Tackle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and scheduling with a smile.
  • Bring your creative ideas to team meetings and help us improve our processes.
  • Be the friendly face that handles resident inquiries and provides top-notch service.
  • Keep our workspace sparkling clean and organized.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; extra points for additional education or certifications in healthcare or senior care.
  • Communication skills that shine and interpersonal skills that make you a joy to work with.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our awesome team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) – tech-savvy is a plus!
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo proud.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor that makes our residents feel at home.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges with gusto.
