We’re hiring a Bilingual Global Sourcing Assistant for our Baytown, TX. client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

• Job Title : Bilingual Global Sourcing Assistant
• Location : Baytown, TX
• Pay : $21-$24 / hr.
• Hours : 8am-5pm M-F
• Duration : temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties : Maintain communications between vendors and VP of Sourcing; Follow-up regarding shipping schedules, quality issues, etc., and maintain detailed notes on each vendor; Review and manage emails; Run weekly reports; Assist in developing SOP’s; Schedule meetings, email and calendar management for VP of Sourcing.
• Requirements : Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote); Must be very organized with high level of attention to detail
