Accountabilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to influence technical direction and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding to help build a strong engineering team.
• Continuously improve engineering practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
