Senior Content Development Administrator
This role is responsible for managing scoring services scope for projects, functioning as a content / subject area expert, and guiding and supervising scoring directors and other Content Specialists.
The ideal candidate will have excellent internal and external customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent writing skills. They will also have strong content-specific knowledge, a clear understanding of scoring concepts, and strong computer skills.
Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience as a Content Specialist, experience with educational measurement, and a background in teaching or a related field.
