Responsibilities :

Oversee infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance

Educate staff on infection prevention and control protocols

Assess and manage wounds, develop treatment plans, and monitor healing

Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to optimize resident care

Qualifications :

Active RN license (Required)

Infection Control Certification (CIC) and / or Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN) (Required)

Experience in long-term care facility (Required)

Strong communication and leadership skills
