Key Responsibilities
Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues
Respond to requests for information from patients / account holders professionally
Adhere to client-specific protocols and applicable laws while managing payment arrangements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Knowledge or experience in medical terminology, patient billing, or healthcare administration preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignments
Bilingual candidates preferred for additional support
