What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be instrumental in enriching the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring effective care plan implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health records
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans
• Provide wound care and necessary nursing interventions
• Support and oversee Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving tasks
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
