• Skill in blood product administration, central line blood draw, chest tube management, and colostomy care
• Ability to manage CPAP / BiPAP, feeding tubes, and isolation precautions
• Proficient in starting and maintaining IVs, wound care, and telemetry monitoring

Description :

Position available for a registered nurse specializing in medical surgical nursing.

The nurse will be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population from adolescents to geriatrics.

The unit has a patient ratio of 1 : 6 with an average daily census of 33.

The role includes performance of medical surgical diagnoses and remote telemetry.

The ideal candidate should have experience with essential nursing skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, along with floating to similar units as needed.

The candidate must be available to work major holidays and cannot request time off during specific holiday periods.

Full compliance to job requirements is mandatory to start on time.
