Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Support in preparing project schedules, budgets, and submittals. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to ensure project progress and quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Attend project meetings and help communicate updates to all stakeholders. Monitor project timelines and assist in resolving field coordination issues. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures on-site.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate has 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction with exposure to retail, office, restaurant, or hospitality projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude are required. Ability to work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) is a plus. Demonstrates a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in all project phases.
