Key Responsibilities : Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and procedures. Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and more. Repair and replace faulty parts in engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical components. Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle conditions and repair needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and technologies through ongoing training. Perform quality checks and road tests after services are completed to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. Qualifications : Experience : 3+ years of experience as an auto technician / mechanic. Certifications : ASE certification preferred, or willingness to become certified within 6 months. Technical Skills : Proficient with diagnostic equipment and modern repair technologies. Problem-Solving : Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Communication : Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers and team members. License : Valid driver’s license required. Work Ethic : Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in all repair tasks.
