What you'll do :
In this role, you will oversee a vibrant, nonprofit spay / neuter clinic with a wide array of responsibilities. You will lead an engaged, high-functioning team, ensure exceptional patient care with minimal fear and stress, and provide remarkable client experiences to maximize our community impact. While prior veterinary experience is beneficial, it's not essential for success, as medical direction will be managed by the Regional Medical Director and the Regional Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to serving people and pets, along with significant operational leadership experience in service-oriented fields such as retail, hospitality, or healthcare.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Lead a team to achieve core clinic functions : client experience, nursing support, and veterinary medicine.
Ensure excellent patient care and client experience every day by following best practices and procedures.
Deliver exceptional client services by covering shifts as needed and assisting in client escalations.
