Overview

We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) to provide care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill cases. This role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends , competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages and acuity levels.

Develop individualized care plans and identify expected patient outcomes.

Manage multiple patients simultaneously, prioritizing care efficiently.

Provide follow-up instructions and make appropriate referrals.

Coordinate care with physicians, departments, and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain patient safety and quality of care in all interactions.

Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

Required :

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience .

Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license prior to start if applicable).

Associate Degree or RN Diploma.

BLS certification prior to employment.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of hire).

ACLS certification (or ACLS Instructor) within 90 days.

PALS certification (or PALS Instructor) within 90 days.

Preferred :

Previous experience in free-standing or fast-paced emergency care settings.

Strong clinical assessment, triage, and decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay : $27.72 to $39.60 (based on experience).
