Job Title : Data / Billing Mediation Expert (Telecom)

Job Location : Basking Ridge, NJ

Responsibilities

• Vast experience and Hands-on in 3GPP based domain - understands software, networking
• In Depth understanding on Data Mediation and Probes / Packet Broker for billing, legal, compliance, network in Network planning and Service assurance domain
• Have expertise in G / 5G and part of wireline networks data usage records for billing, legal, compliance, network use cases
• Possess strong attitude plus aptitude - ability to propose alternate technical ideas
• Good knowledge in Data engineering / AI ML
• Responsible for handling the entire 4G / 5G and part of wireline networks data usage records for billing, legal, compliance, network use cases etc.
• Build analytics engine framework for the network planning and service assurance teams with the data.
• Providing solution for 3GPP use cases
• Experience in Ericsson / Nokia Mediation Systems.
• Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into process flows
• Share Ideas and alternative solution on 3GPP domain
• Create Project plan
• Coach and follow Agile to team
• Multistakeholder management
• Risk Management - proactive Mitigation plan and communication
• Sharing daily / weekly report to business / leadership team as necessary
