Change Manager (Fort Lauderdale)

In this role, you will be a key driver of organizational change, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. You will collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders across various business units to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that minimize resistance and drive employee engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in the successful implementation and adoption of key IT initiatives, such as Oracle and Procurement systems.

Salary 130-140

ADKAR Certification

5+ years of experience in a Change Management role, with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing change initiatives.

Experience with the implementation and adoption of major IT systems, such as ERP systems (e. g., Oracle).

Experience working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, project teams, and end-users
