About the Role
Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) with a strong interest or certification in Lifestyle Medicine to join their team. Preference will be given to physicians with a background in geriatrics and senior care .
This role emphasizes whole-person, preventive, and evidence-based care , blending traditional internal / family medicine with lifestyle interventions to help patients achieve better long-term health outcomes. The physician will work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive services to adult and geriatric patients.
- Integrate lifestyle medicine interventions (nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and behavioral health) into patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthy living, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
