As a Sr. IT Support Analyst – Integration , you will be responsible for managing and supporting custom API solutions , API platform management , and solution integrations across the organization.
This role demands strong technical expertise , analytical problem-solving , clear communication , and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations , including diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers to analyze root causes and implement effective long-term solutions.
Manage integrations with other enterprise systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Deliver expert-level end-user support , addressing technical challenges promptly and effectively.
Lead initiatives to monitor and improve system reliability, stability, and performance , focusing on end-user experience and service availability.
Proactively identify and remediate potential issues to prevent business impact.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance support efficiency and team performance.
Respond to major incidents quickly and effectively to minimize financial and operational impact.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and define processes to prevent recurrence through interim or permanent fixes.
Work on improving monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify known issues.
Manage daily incident operations , including performing system health checks, coordinating with business partners, and ensuring timely resolution.
Escalate issues to appropriate technical or development teams as needed.
Assist with deployment activities , overseeing migration and move-over processes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
