Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams responsible for delivering and implementing major capital projects across multiple sites. They will ensure sustainable growth by driving operational excellence through the full project life cycle from conceptual design to deployment. They must possess strong leadership technical knowledge and a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements within the manufacturing and production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of major capital projectsfrom conceptual design and cost estimation through implementation and deployment.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of project scope schedule budget and quality control.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies vendor selection processes and proposal evaluations.
• Define detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and technical specifications for all required goods and services.
• Track and manage interdependencies between technology operations and business functions.
• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives including Risk Assessments HAZOPs MOCs PSSRs LOPA and SIS implementation.
• Report accurately on project milestones deliverables risks and dependencies to executive leadership.
• Contribute to establishing best practices policies templates and tools for capital project management across the organization.
• Ensure all projects are delivered safely on time and within budget parameters.
• Drive project completion by coordinating site resources and external contractors.
• Monitor project performance metrics to ensure continuous process improvement.
