A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst III to engage with IT groups on complex issues and improve technology support.
Key Responsibilities
Review ticket queue and work to reduce ticket count
Identify common issues using Incident and Knowledge data and develop solutions with appropriate personnel
Assist Technical Advocates with technical issues and help train current and new employees
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2 - 4 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience
Experience in a Health Care environment is required
Experience with Active Directory is desired
