We are looking for year-round  Lifeguards  in Norwood, MA.

The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water.     • Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (Red Cross).

    Lifeguards and all staff :

    Customer Service :

  • Maintain a safe pool environment
  • Ensure the safety of all swimmers
  • Communicate effectively with all staff and members
  • Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win / win outcome
  • Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
  • Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

    • As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation. We teach children ages 4 months to adults. If you think you would be an amazing addition to the team, please email your resume!

    Job Type : Part-time

    Salary : $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
