We are looking for a Customer Education Trainer to support our Life Sciences & Healthcare customers, with a focus on our discovery and preclinical solutions. This individual will report into the Director of Education for this segment and should have a strong understanding of the US healthcare system. Working with sales, customer success and product managers, this individual will deliver customer facing product trainings.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience translating complex information into easily understandable content.

Develop high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our diverse customer base, tailored to key personas and showcasing relevant use cases and product benefits.Conduct clear, informative and interactive customer training sessions, for small or large audiences, which drive product usage and customer engagement.Support the development of in-product and online education materials that enhance product understanding and usability.Partner with customer success and account management teams to prioritize customer activities and to identify additional product and service needs.Work closely with product management to communicate customer feedback and influence product development.Maintain a high degree of expertise of Clarivate products.Monitor and adapt training content to reflect industry trends and product developments.Research and implement training and presentation techniques to maximize training effectiveness and knowledge retention.Ability to travel to client sites for training.About the Team
The Customer Education team is responsible for educating Clarivate customers about our products and services in order to demonstrate the value of our solutions, encourage adoption, drive usage and retain business. Customer Education Trainers are enthusiastic and articulate individuals who are customer centric and demonstrate high levels of product expertise.

This is a hybrid role which can be performed near any of our US officesThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zoneCompensation :
The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year plus bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability,expertise,and relevant factors.
