RN - Registered Nurse (Day Shift) - New Grads Welcome

Job Description :

Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve at Oak Crossing, Essentia Health's highly rated long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This RN works three 12-hour day shifts weekly, 6 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm, for a total of 36 hours weekly. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Sign-on bonuses are available, and there is flexibility available for the number of hours scheduled.

Education Qualifications :

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What You'll Do :

Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure / Certification Qualifications :

Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota upon hire.

AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire.
