Job description

PHYSICAL THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT

100-130K + Full Benefits + Student Loan Forgiveness SIGNING BONUS / RELOCATION

4 / 10 Shift!Seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. This position offers a desirable 4 / 10 shift, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. We are also pleased to offer a signing bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, as well as student loan repayment assistance!

Schedule : 4 / 10 Shift (typically four 10-hour days per week)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of physical therapy practice.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

    • Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

  • 3-5 years of Physical Therapy experience is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before the start date.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
