• Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• First patient at 8 : 30 am, last patient at 3 : 45 pm
• 20 patients per day
• Adult patient population ages 18 and above
• Value-based care experience preferred
• No hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
