New Home Sales Consultant (ADU)

Our client is a dynamic and established residential construction company specializing in Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design and construction in the Greater Sacramento Area. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, they have built a solid reputation for quality craftsmanship and professional service. The company operates with a lean, efficient team of 40-50 employees and maintains a modern, paperless office environment with cutting-edge technology integration. As the #1 leader in Sacramento's ADU market, they continue to set industry standards, driving innovation and excellence in every project they undertake.

Our client's mission is to help Sacramento area homeowners maximize their property potential through expertly designed and constructed ADUs that provide financial security and housing solutions. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional quality while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance in every project.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a New Home Sales Consultant (ADU) to join our client's sales team. This role offers the chance to be part of a company at the forefront of a rapidly growing market in ADU design and construction. You'll have the opportunity to drive sales in a high-demand market, with plenty of inbound leads and the potential for significant earnings.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-person and video sales presentations to qualified warm leads
  • Drive to prospective customers' homes in the Greater Sacramento Area to take measurements using advanced tech devices
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, maintaining a high conversion rate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Utilize AI, CRM, and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2C sales experience in ADUs or residential construction within the U.S. market
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
  • Full professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2 American English)
  • Ideally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, AI tools, and other sales software
  • A valid CA driving license and a car, with the ability to work from the North Highlands office and drive throughout the Greater Sacramento Area
