Position Overview :  As a Social Worker, you’ll help plan, organize, and direct social services to meet the emotional and social needs of our residents. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each resident’s well-being and supporting their adjustment to life changes.

Qualifications :

• Active social work license in Massachusetts (LSW, LICSW, LSWA, or LCSW).
• Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited school.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
