Commercial Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for driven professionals who want to learn to build a successful career in commercial real estate sales. You do not need to be licensed yet, but you must be actively pursuing your real estate license or willing to obtain one. This opportunity provides rewarding commissions, structured mentorship, and access to the top tools and systems in the commercial real estate industry.

As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you’ll learn how to source and qualify investment opportunities, build relationships with investors, and support deals from initial prospecting through closing. Compensation : $160,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications :

  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
