Salary: $50 per hour

Hours: 40-50 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Rockford, IL.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, and will be committed to performing work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure work complies with NEC, Illinois state codes, and safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors on job sites
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 3-5 years of electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• OSHA 10 certification or higher required
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
