EMR Policy : EPIC Experience preferred, training completed in orientation Return Traveler / staff Policy : If a core staff member leaves, they need to wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and should be ran through HR prior to submission Education Policy : All allied candidates must be able / willing to provide proof of HS level education (regardless of secondary education). This is a strict requirement. Sparrow Hospital ER : requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, and TNCC. This is a strict requirement. Certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start.
