The Opportunity

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Savant, you’ll be more than a financial analyst—you’ll be the primary owner and administrator of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring our system is configured, optimized, and leveraged to its fullest potential. Your work will sit at the core of how we budget, forecast, model, and plan for growth.

This is a unique opportunity to combine finance expertise, system leadership, and process innovation in a role that directly influences firm-wide strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and refine detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets across income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, acquisitions, and capital planning.
• Prepare dashboards and reports that provide leaders with clear visibility into financial performance and trends.
• Support strategic decision-making with scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and business insights.

The Perks

At Savant, we are committed to supporting our employees' as well as investing in their well-being and growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $110,000.00 - $161,00.00. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.
