A company is looking for a Government Insuring Specialist to manage the government insuring process for FHA, VA, and USDA loans post-closing.
Key Responsibilities
Submit and track mortgage insurance applications for FHA, VA, and USDA loans
Process Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP) and VA Funding Fee (VAFF) payments
Reconcile and resolve case number warnings, errors, and corrections in FHA Connection or VA WebLGY
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
2+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, insuring, or government loan processing
Familiarity with FHA Connection, VA WebLGY, and USDA guarantee systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
