Revere Medical is seeking a  Family Medicine Physician to join a well-respected primary care clinic located 50 miles northwest of Boston and 20 miles southwest of Nashua, NH in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice with two other providers. At Revere Medical, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a highly collaborative medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
