Setting up the daily transportation schedule, obtaining directions, mapping out the safest and most direct route, but taking into consideration the clients preferences. Assisting all clients that require help in entering and exiting the vehicle. Properly securing all wheelchair residents in the vehicle. Ensure all clients are secured in his / her seat belt and e scort all clients needing assistance. Complete all forms related to client transportation and returning the forms to the proper departments in a timely manner. Keep in mind that open communication should be kept with GSV at Home Coordinator and Assistant Scheduler with all information regarding clients. Maintain a clean vehicle and requesting vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed. A clean, current and valid PA Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 3 years.
