About the role

Pestie is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in supporting our finance team and helping drive strategic business decisions. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, and forward-thinking, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers a clear path to FP&A Manager for the right candidate, providing exposure to fast-growing e-commerce operations and high-impact decision-making.

What you'll do

• Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the executive team.
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and new projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand financial drivers and impact on results.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting tools.
• Assist in preparing presentations for the executive team and board meetings.
