Assistant Manager

Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and promotes the use of the Companies “Heart Culture”
• Fosters a culture of “total customer experience"
• Identifies problems and coaches others to help solve them.
• Consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers.
• Motivates crew members to work to exceed customer expectations.
• Motivates team members to continually increase sales through hospitality and service to customers.
• Assist the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends.
• Adheres to all Company cash handling policies and procedures.
• Becomes proficient in all areas of the café. (Sandwich, Smoothies, Specialty Drinks and Prep)

Position Requirements:

• Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty.

• Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food.
• Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency.
• Technically proficient (MS Office Suite)

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
• Minimum 2 years manager experience
