This Controls Engineer role offers a blend of PLC Programming, Schematics layout and creation in AutoCAD, hands-on testing, and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do
Programming and Debugging :
Create and implement timing diagrams and state logic for PLCs.Develop PLC code to test end-of-track escapements.Design and spec components for a complete panel build.Debug and test small machine components to ensure optimal performance.Project Management and Customer Interaction :
Participate in engineering calls to discuss design requirements and provide technical support.Assist with customer quotes and confirm the accuracy and feasibility of designs.Create a Proper Machine layout and then build the schematics in AutoCAD.Ability to do physical wiring into the machineInnovation and Growth :
Introduce and implement innovative ideas to enhance company operations and product development.Innovate with Marketing : Collaborate closely with marketing to support lead-generation initiatives and contribute to strategic campaigns.Contribute to Proposal Development and Pricing Strategy : Assist in crafting proposals and refining pricing strategies to support business growth.Requirements
Experience :
1-4+ years of experience in Electromechanical design or a related field.Hands-on experience programming and debugging valves, I / O, pneumatic devices, motors, PLCs, and other mechanical systems.Familiarity with project management and customer interaction in an engineering context.Additional Skills :
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Requirements
