Systems Analyst

Preferred Skills :

• Prior experience on a platform or enablement team (not just feature delivery)
• Exposure to CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, etc.)
• Can bridge between platform strategy and implementation detail
• Ability to maintain a holistic view of the MWAP ecosystem, ensuring all pieces (routing, APIs, UI shell) are documented and consistent
• Familiar with Jira / Confluence for backlog and documentation
• Experience documenting system integrations (e.g., sequence diagrams, swimlane diagrams...)
• Primary stakeholders have been developers, architects, and other platform teams
