Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Director of Business Development to lead advanced sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market share.

This senior-level role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a proven record of closing high-value deals and mentoring sales teams.

You will help shape company-wide growth strategies while strengthening relationships with key partners and clients across our global and vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities Design and execute strategic sales plans that align with company growth goals Lead high-level negotiations with major clients and strategic partners Drive new business development through 100+ outreach activities and 5+ client appointments per month Secure a minimum of 6 new accounts per quarter Coach and mentor Business Development Managers and team members Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and support scalable growth Represent Furnished Quarters at industry events, conferences, and networking forums Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and lead sales pipeline initiatives Consistently deliver on revenue goals and KPI targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or industry certifications (CRP, GMS, CHPA) a plus 7–10 years of progressive business development experience in corporate housing, mobility, hospitality, or a related sector Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and grow strategic accounts Experience mentoring and leading sales teams Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Salesforce; Oscar experience a plus Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills Why Furnished Quarters An inclusive, entrepreneurial culture where your voice matters Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits :
