Senior Technical Account Manager
Charles River Development (CRD), a State Street company, is growing and we are seeking a senior Technical Account Manager to join the team in our Boston and New Jersey locations. The award winning Charles River Investment Management System enables sound and efficient investing across all asset classes to our prestigious clients. We continue to be a market leading solution for investment managers across the Institutional investment, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds and Private Markets industries. As a senior Technical Account Manager, you will be an essential part of the Client Management organization by leading our engagement with key stakeholders and the ultimate end users of our platform.
As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for remaining current on the latest in CR IMS technology as well as best practices for deployment across our clients. You will leverage your experience with the Charles River IMS to work primarily with our clients' Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance Officers and Operations professionals, ensuring they get the most value from the platform. You will work closely with internal CRD groups such as Client Managers, Product Managers and Professional Services consultants to uncover ways to continuously improve our clients' experience with Charles River IMS. As part of the Client Management organization you will serve as eyes and ears on the ground, identifying needs and helping to ensure that CRD continues to deliver on the evolving demands of our sophisticated client base.
As a senior Technical Account Manager, you will be expected to work in close coordination with your team as well as independently on client site. This is an important role within our Client Service organization and a great opportunity for the right person to express both technical product knowledge and an ability to develop relationships with client key stakeholders and end users.

Salary Range : $130,000 - $212,500 Annual
