Program Overview

The internship is a highly competitive program for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The program is designed to be mutually beneficial to Red Cell Partners and the intern team by providing support to Red Cell and its incubation companies, while offering educational and professional value to interns.

There are open internship roles available across each of our three practice areas : National Security, Cyber, and Healthcare. While all interns will contribute to general Operations work across the Red Cell platform and its incubation companies, each intern will also be allocated to one of the specific practice areas to gain deeper exposure and contribute directly to sector-specific initiatives.

As an Operations Intern, you will :

• Aid in the creation of high-quality deliverables under the direction of your team lead.
• Take ownership of a variety of delegated tasks, including both implementation and administrative efforts.
• Develop exceptional working relationships with platform and incubation team members.
• Participate in the development and delivery of new operating processes for the company, which may include project work and assistance in the facilitation of new and / or existing processes.
• Conduct market research and analysis in support of our practices and incubation companies.
• Help with coordination of events, logistics, and materials for team engagements and meetings.
• Learn about the structure of a rapidly-scaling business, in addition to the organizational structures of its incubation companies.
• Participate in strategy sessions of Red Cell Partners and its incubation companies.

Starting at $18 / hour, non-exempt from overtime pay (up to a 40-hour work week)
