Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Lighting Showroom Manager located in Johns Creek, GA. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the lighting showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for clients. Responsibilities include managing showroom displays, driving sales, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The manager will also work to develop strategies to optimize showroom performance and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure a welcoming and engaging environment for clients.
• Experience in Sales and driving revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of managing and organizing Showrooms for optimal product presentation and functionality.
• Leadership abilities and experience in team management, coaching, and staff training.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with lighting products or home improvement industries is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site at the Johns Creek, GA location.
