Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Perform necessary procedures such as suturing when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
