VTrips, a leading name in vacation rentals, invites you to join our team as a Guest Experience Technician. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Operations Team, ensuring our properties meet VTrips' high standards of safety, cleanliness, and excellence.

• Submit loose linen weekly for the upcoming week.
• Assist the team with necessary property quality control (QC) inspections and tasks.
• Perform refresh cleans to maintain property standards.
• Clean properties as needed, adhering to VTrips' cleanliness standards.
• Assist with laundry tasks such as packing, sorting, and ticketing.
• Deliver linens and housewares to properties as directed.
• Assist in completing in-house guest requests.
• Track mileage through Paylocity and submit weekly.
• Maintain parking passes / amenity access bands / fobs for the area.
• Assist with amenity orders and stocking.
• Help with office clean-up and organization.
• Inventory housekeeping / maintenance supplies and linen.
• Perform re-cleaning and touch-ups as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
