Job Description
Make every shift a win
When your 2nd shift begins at 2 : 55pm in our Gainesville, GA facility, you step onto a spotless, safety-first floor and own the handoff from the previous crew. You confirm tooling, start and verify production, and keep our high-volume metal components moving. During the evening you’ll execute changeovers with confidence, perform tool changes, make limited program adjustments on CNC lathes and grinders, and troubleshoot issues before they impact throughput. Quality is constant—you’ll inspect parts, record results in our quality system, and work to IATF 16949 standards. If a problem requires support, you’ll escalate quickly to your Manufacturing Manager and collaborate with teammates. By 11 : 05pm, you leave a stable process and a clean, organized 5S area for the next shift.
