Hours: Per Diem / One Sat per month ( 8 hr shifts) and two holidays / year ( 8 hr shifts). Weekday requirement is flexible and based on need/census
Acute rehab hours usually between 8 am - 5 pm
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs a plan of care that integrates the goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan. Performs interventions in a competent manner assessing the response to care. Adapts delivery of care to reflect respect and sensitivity to individual differences
Performs reassessments as necessary. Assesses needs for other services.
collaborates with other caregivers/ staff, within and outsidethe department to develop means of enhancing patient care and services.
Credentials:
Physical Therapist (Required)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification - required
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
Education Specialization: Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the A.P.T.A. or its equivalent. if educated outside the U.S., indicates that the individual possesses the appropriate educational requirements. Equivalent Experience: •Or Acute care clinical affiliations.
Master of Arts or Science

Salary Range:
$37.63 - $60.01/Hourly
