Texas Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the accounting team and ensure accurate financial transactions

Manage the financial reporting process and lead month-end and year-end close for multiple business entities

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support system implementations for financial software

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or CMA preferred, or CPA candidate in testing to pursue licensure within 18 months of hire date

2+ years of accounting / financial management experience, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors

Prior experience managing a small accounting team

Experience with revenue cycle management is a plus
