Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will streamline and execute several employee-related functions for the HR department and the organization. The successful person in this role will be able to work with all departments on multiple company-wide projects with strong attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality.
The starting rate for this role is 5 USD per hour. Job Responsibilities
- Input new employee onboarding in the HRIS system;
- Conduct background checks and arrange drug testing;
- Manage offboarding process for departing employees;
- Respond to employment verification requests;
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees;
- Process and fulfill company purchase requests;
- Process equipment orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Handle mail distribution and package management;
- Print and organize department checks;
- Maintain and update the document management system;
- Assist in managing the organization's learning management system;
- Coordinate company-wide meetings and employee communication events;
- Assist in planning HR-related events and activities;
- Assist and complete projects as needed;
- Manage and keep the company's recognition and announcement website up to date;
- Provide backup support to the HR Generalist;
- Perform other duties as needed.
