Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable bilingual (Spanish speaking) Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and passion for Immigration Law. This role requires excellent writing and litigation skills, as well as proficiency in legal research tools. The firm is willing to teach passionate candidates who care about Immigration Law. The Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients in Immigration Law.
• Read, write, and fully support Spanish speaking clients.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, wills, trusts, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.

Requirements

Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
