Join a dedicated care team as an RN in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at a coastal hospital near North Bend, OR. This role offers varied day and night shifts, opportunities for relocation assistance, and a supportive environment with comprehensive benefits and career growth options.

Shift Details

Varied shifts : Day and Night, 10-hour shifts
36-40 hours per week (80 hours per 2-week pay period)
Weekends possible by rotation
On-call requirements possible

Your Role

Apply the nursing process to care for IMCU patients within RN scope of practice

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Provide education to patients and families

Document care accurately in electronic medical records

Respond effectively to patient emergencies and critical situations

Maintain skill proficiency and participate in professional development

Job Requirements

Current RN license in Oregon

BLS Certification; ACLS preferred or required within 6 months

Minimum 3 years of RN experience, including 2-3 years in Critical Care or Intermediate / Progressive Care

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to changing patient and unit needs
