A company is looking for a Junior Acumatica Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored to various roles and departments
Provide post-go-live support to ensure high user adoption and system stability
Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely first responses
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Acumatica support and training
At least 2 years of experience in user support or service desk roles
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No H1B or sponsorship available)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Acumatica certification is a plus
