A Day In The Life

In this role, you will support various aspects of sourcing and procurement within the IT sector. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, your key responsibilities will include :

Ensuring purchase orders align with IT budgets while reconciling ERP and procurement system variances.

Utilizing technology-specific contract templates to negotiate IT terms, working closely with IT Security, Legal, and Business teams.

Working with internal teams to assess business needs and requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The physical demands for this role include the ability to analyze and interpret data, communicate effectively, and remain stationary for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Travel Requirements

The position may involve minimal travel (up to 20%), primarily within the domestic region. The primary working location is the Friedkin Corporate Campus (FCC), with possible travel to the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) and Parts Distribution Center (PDC) as necessary.
